Project Description :The main goal of this plan is producing types of ice cream to providing domestic consumption and export about 600T a year. Based on consumption level of milk and sugar in this production unit, its implementation can provide the development of animal husbandry and sugar production industries. The technology and machineries proposed in this plan provide the possibility of producing types of milk ice creams in different forms to attract diverse tastes of the customers and in term of quality, the ice cream would be of suitable competitive advantages relative to similar products in market due to using the high-fat buffalo milk.
